Yes. As long as your designated representative picking up your medication knows your name and birth date, can provide their personal identification, and is over 18 years of age, they can pick up your prescription.
Yes! Once verified, physicians can log in to our exclusive portal and place orders for compounded sterile medications.
Shipping and Tracking
Our shipping cost is $20 per order.
Currently, MTZ Compounding RX is licensed to dispense and ship sterile compounded medications within the state of Florida only.
All prescriptions are shipped via FedEx Overnight, Monday through Thursday. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included in delivery times.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package until it arrives.
Prescriptions
Yes. All compounded medications require a valid prescription from a licensed healthcare provider.
Absolutely. Providers can fax, e-prescribe, or call in prescriptions directly to MTZ Compounding RX.

You can start by creating a physician account with us. Once registered, our team will guide you through the prescribing process.
Yes. Our pharmacists can collaborate with you to recommend sterile compounding formulations that best meet your patients’ needs.
Yes. Once we receive your prescription, we can dispense and ship directly to your patients within the state of Florida.

A member from our Inbound team will reach out to you for each web form inquiry submitted. To ensure the quickest response time, please only submit one web form per inquiry. Submitting more than one may result in a longer response time. Currently, our turn around time is 1-3 business days depending on the request.
Insurance and Payments
MTZ Meds LLC does not accept insurance at this time. All prescriptions are cash-based.
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, zelle, ACH, and wire transfers for your convenience.
Prices vary depending on the formulation, but compounded medications are often a cost-effective option when compared to brand-name alternatives.

Returns and Refunds
Unfortunately, due to federal pharmacy regulations, compounded medications cannot be returned or resold once they have left the pharmacy.
If you receive the wrong medication or your order is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
